Our policy: we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as recipes, or digital art, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products after purchase.

- consultations after (1) free initial consultation.
To complete your purchase we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your requested a review i will reach out to answer any questions or concerns. we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We can also notify you by email or phone.

Sale items
Only fixed items, (size and style) priced items may be refunded. Sale items or Auction gallery prices cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if high demand of product is not available. Deduction may apply. if they are one or more products that are not available./ discounted rate. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size please feel free to reach out, send us an email and send your item to: malonek1959@gmail.com}. stating the cause of exchange & photo.
Gifts
Handcrafted arts available for gifting those special moments. consult for weddings, anniversaries, parties, birthday parties, business parties, arrangements, etc./ digital downloads.
costs are non-refundable, the cost of ingredients, design, composition, transition, etc .deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are viewing more Luxury items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
